Terms and Conditions – Bepex Net Gaming Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and bepex net (the platform). Your continued use of the platform at any time constitutes your ongoing acceptance of the then-current version of these Terms. Bepex net reserves the right to update these Terms periodically. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. If you disagree with any updated version, you must stop using the platform immediately. Continued use following an update means you accept the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and use bepex net, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be acting as an individual on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must not be excluded or self-excluded from gaming services.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.
• You must not already hold another active account on bepex net.

Bepex net may request documentation to verify your eligibility at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in your account being restricted or closed and any pending withdrawals being held pending review.

3 Account Registration

When you create an account on bepex net, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. You must notify us promptly if any of your details change. Bepex net is not responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect account information.

Each person is permitted to hold exactly one account. Duplicate accounts will be identified and may be closed. Balances associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for the security of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person. You must notify bepex net support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. Bepex net cannot be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

4 Deposits and Payments

All deposits on bepex net are processed in PKR. Bepex net supports multiple payment methods suited to Pakistani users, including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards, and mobile wallets. Available methods and minimum deposit amounts may vary and are subject to change.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts that belong to you. Using a payment method registered to another person is not permitted. Bepex net may request proof of ownership for any payment method used on the platform.

• Deposits are credited to your bepex net wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Bepex net does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of deposit.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed — contact support as soon as possible if you believe a deposit was made incorrectly.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the conditions in this section. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible, in line with anti-fraud requirements.

• Withdrawals are processed in PKR only.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed on the withdrawal page.
• Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed, particularly for larger amounts or first-time withdrawals.
• Withdrawals linked to active bonus wagering requirements may be held until those requirements are met.
• Processing times vary depending on the selected payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed fastest.
• Bepex net does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider's terms may apply.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Bepex net offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered users, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. Each offer is subject to its own specific terms which will be displayed at the point of offer. The general rules below apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. New account bonuses are available once per person, household, device, or IP address.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in each offer's terms.
• Bonuses are credited in PKR and can only be used on bepex net.
• Bepex net reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus conditions — including the use of multiple accounts — will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus and may lead to account suspension.

7 Games and Betting

All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation systems or, in the case of live casino and sports betting, by real-world events and independent processes.

• All bets and game outcomes are final once confirmed. Bepex net does not reverse completed transactions except in cases of a verified technical error.
• Bepex net reserves the right to void bets in circumstances where a clear error has occurred, including incorrect odds being displayed or system malfunctions affecting game outcomes.
• Sports betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time due to breaking news, injuries, or other circumstances affecting the integrity of an event.

• Bepex net does not guarantee continuous availability of any specific game or market. Games may be removed or temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or provider decisions.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on bepex net and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, or permanent ban:

• Registering more than one account or using accounts registered in another person's name.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with any part of the platform.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or exploit technical vulnerabilities.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform in connection with any unlawful activity, including money laundering or fraud.
• Providing false personal information or fraudulent payment documentation.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening bepex net staff or other users.
• Attempting to access parts of the platform for which you do not have authorisation.

Bepex net actively monitors for suspicious activity. If your account is flagged, we may place a hold on withdrawals while an investigation is conducted. You will be notified of the outcome in writing.

In the event of a technical error that affects game outcomes or account balances, bepex net will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, correct the error. Our maximum liability in any such case is limited to the value of the affected wager or transaction.

13 Account Suspension and Termination

Bepex net reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reason to believe that:

• The account has been used in breach of these Terms.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information.
• Fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise suspicious activity has been detected.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting bepex net support. Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following the completion of any required checks. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will not be returned.

14 Changes to These Terms

Bepex net may amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also notify registered users by email or in-platform notification where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any change, your only recourse is to stop using the platform and close your account.
